How do I exchange the item?
- Print label and authorization
- Login to your account.
- Go to “Cart”.
- Pick the order to return and click “Exchange”.
- Fill in the online Exchange form.
- Print out/screen shot/download exchange invoice and include it in your returned package.
NOTE: our online exchange form can only be accessed when your item has been delivered. In case you have already received your item but still see this message “item not yet delivered” and cannot access the exchange form, kindly notify us through E-mail and SMS so we can assist you promptly.
- Prepare package
- Include the item(s) you want to Exchange + return slip + all invoices in one package.
- Attach return label
- Stick the label outside the package
- Ship it
- Please send the package to us at our office located in 222. E Rodruigez Sr, Ave., Quezon City.
- We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your return. You will receive an E-mail and SMS once the returned items are received at our warehouse.
